This is a continued discussion from the presentation that took place at the August 1 CFO/VP of Finance Working Group Meeting. The focus will be on the “income statement”, including revenue streams and expense streams. Additionally, we will discuss the economic model of higher education, academic program economic analysis, using ratios as guideposts for financial health, aligned metrics, strategic planning, benchmarking and policy to maintain momentum.
