Microsoft Bookings – Tuesday, January 25th at 2:00 pm: This course introduces Microsoft Bookings to help you simplify how you manage and schedule appointments.  Understand how Microsoft Booking integrates with the user’s Microsoft 365 digital identity.  Learn how to access and navigate Bookings via the web browser and Microsoft Teams application.  Learn how to create and customize services in a Bookings calendar.  Understand Staff Types, how to add, search, and manage Staff.  Understand how to add and edit Customer information.
